London Kickboxing has developed its own program of kickboxing for children. They practise all punching and kicking techniques on pads and shields and are taught not use their skills outside the class, except in extreme circumstances. Chjildren are taught the value of team spirit and team work, whilst using their individual skills to succeed. We take into account every child's age and attention span. Children are treated as individuals, following the very nature of kickboxing.

The starting age may vary depending on the average age of the children attending the class. London Kickboxing instructors are fully qualified, insured, CRB checked and trained to work with children. London Kickboxing has in place its own Child Protection Policy. A Risk Assessment of the class environment is also carried out, before a venue is chosen and during every session.
